Update!

When Isabelle went in for her 3 month wellness check my pediatrician noticed that she had an "extra" leg crease that didn't have a match on the the other leg...this was something that we would have to watch as she got older. This brings concern because it could mean that her hips are out of place or not "set" really well. But every time we would rotate they would stay in place and were VERY stable. Around 6 months of age Phil and I noticed that her feet were a little crazy...when she sat(and it is still a little noticeable now) both feet would lay down in the same direction. Because of that we went to see a pediatric orthopedic doctor.
Come to find out that indeed her left hip socket was quite a bit more shallow that her right, but not enough to do anything readily about(which we were very thankful for). Most common fixes are braces worn for 12 hours while they are sleeping to help correct the problem, but she is a pretty light sleeper so this would have caused A LOT of problems. Any way the doctor sent us home with a check up appointment just before her first birthday.
Now it is just days before her first birthday and we had our appointment yesterday and all is okay...there is still some room for concern because it is still a little shallow, but has progressed enough on its own no to take any corrective actions(YAY). The doctor said that if we notice anything that raises a red flag, like when she starts walking on her own or running we can come back, but if we don't notice that in the next year or so she should be perfectly fine. We are very thankful to have two healthy children...
