Tulip Time 2010!

Well this year was a little nicer to be walking around down town Holland...last year I was 9 months pregnant and miserable!
I had SO much fun taking the kids downtown(dressed up, Lawrence used the same costume from last year and Isabelle's we had made a few weeks before hand) and taking pictures.(clearly by the amount, this isn't even close to half) Lawrence LOVED all the attention and for the most part smiled and posed for the tourists.
Also this year was the first time I had been to Windmill Island so I took plenty of pictures there(however most of Isabelle because Lawrence was crabby and ONLY wanted to pull the wagon around. These first set of pictures are all from Windmill Island...

Posing with two other dutch folk at Windmill Island

A tourist gave Lawrence the wooden shoes to try and make him happy for a picture or two...instead he brought them both to Isabelle. She didn't mind :-)

Okay so there were some cute ones of Lawrence too :-) Him and "his" shoe
posing for the tourist
and sick of it...this is when he ditched the shoes with Isabelle
I decided that because we have hundreds of pictures of Lawrence from last year by himself that we needed a few of my little dutch girl by herself...especially with the pretty pink tulips!

and purple ones too...all things girly, right??
These two pictures were something I was really looking forward to again this year and that was watching Lawrence watch the Dutch Dancers around Centennial Park. Last year he LOVED it and tried his best to copy them...this year was the same :-)
The top one was him trying to copy the "end" of one of the dances....how fun!!

Oh how I love this little guy!!
"Yellow Ones"
So it was a pretty nice evening so we decided to let Lawrence play "a little" in the water fountains( "a little"= he is seat belted in the wagon)
He LOVED it...the last trip we made down town dressed up I let him go all by himself. Lets just say I was VERY thankful for the extra clothes that we had in the car. He got SO wet, he found it fun to stand over the little fountain with his foot.
Here are are "Right To Life" pictures

Life a Precious gift is most certainly the truth! What blessing sent from above...We just LOVE them with all our hearts!
Thinking she looks good enough to be on the cover of the brochure next year...right :-)

♥You just have to LOVE them♥
